It is time to dust off your running shoes and join us for Running Club! Running Club is offered twice a year- spring and fall! Running Club is the perfect way to start running for the first time if don't you know where to start, or maybe you are looking to get some extra cardio into your fitness routine or maybe you need some running accountability!

Led by a group of certified running coaches, you'll learn about running form, injury prevention, increasing speed and distance, and the importance of being in the right shoe for you. This program is designed for any level of runner, from beginner to expert, and is open to ANYONE, not just FIT4MOM clients. There is a discount for spouses as well! Make Saturdays a family day!

We will provide the training schedules so you can train for a 5k, 10k or a half marathon! We meet every Saturday at 8am.
