Can I join Stroller Strides if I am pregnant?

YES, YES, YES! WE encourage expectant moms to continue to exercise through their pregnancy as long as everything has been approved by their physician. Instructors are trained in both pre- and postnatal fitness and follow the ACOG guidelines. We can modify any exercise that poses an issue as you progress through your pregnancy. However, we also offer an exclusively prenatal class, Fit4Baby, and we encourage you to try Fit4Baby as well!

Exercise during pregnancy helps improve or increase:
